Support

The PokeNotify team is here to support you with getting acclimated and finding full value in all our community has to offer!

If after reviewing the contents of this guide you are feeling confused or have additional questions, please reach out to our support staff within the discord.

In the discord, there is a Support Category where you can open up an individual support ticket. Never hesitate to reach out and follow the steps below to open one:

Step 01

On the PokeNotify Discord, navigate to the Support section in the channel list and click on support-ticket.

Step 02

Select a ticket category from the dropdown.

Step 03

The Ticket Tool bot will create a ticket named with your username — click on the created ticket to open it.

Step 04

Write your issue in the new ticket channel and a staff member will respond.
