In the discord, there is a Support Category where you can open up an individual support ticket. Never hesitate to reach out and follow the steps below to open one:
On the PokeNotify Discord, navigate to the Support section in the channel list and click on support-ticket.
Select a ticket category from the dropdown.
The Ticket Tool bot will create a ticket named with your username — click on the created ticket to open it.
Write your issue in the new ticket channel and a staff member will respond.
