Upon signing up for a PokeNotify membership, you are assigned roles for all regions' monitors— full access to monitors for USA, Canada, UK/EU, Australia, & more.
If you are only interested in monitors for a specific region, then you need to remove the role you have for the other regions' monitors.
If you are interested in gaining access to In-Store Chats for your region, then you need to claim access to that role.
